Our Visit to HEMUS 2026 International Defence and Security Fair

Temren Makina at the International Meeting Point of the Defence Industry

As Temren Makina, we attended the HEMUS 2026 International Defence and Security Fair, held in Plovdiv, Bulgaria — one of the most important defence industry events in the region.

The fair, which brings together leading companies from the defence and security sector, serves as an important platform where new technologies are showcased, sectoral developments are evaluated, and the foundations of international partnerships are laid.

An Up-Close Look at Defence Technologies

Throughout the fair, we had the opportunity to examine numerous innovative technologies, most notably land, air, and naval defence systems. Armoured vehicles, unmanned systems, ammunition solutions, manufacturing technologies, and advanced engineering applications for the defence industry provided significant insights into the future of the sector.

As part of our visit, undertaken with the aim of advancing our manufacturing capabilities for the defence industry and closely following international technological developments, we held productive meetings with sector representatives.

New Partnerships and Valuable Contacts

During HEMUS 2026, we came together with numerous domestic and foreign companies to exchange views on potential partnerships, manufacturing processes, technology sharing, and joint project opportunities.

The contacts established not only gave us the opportunity to evaluate current industry dynamics, but also helped us build important connections for new partnerships that may be realised in the future.

A Strong Manufacturing Vision for the Defence Industry

As Temren Makina, we continuously develop our work in precision manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and R&D, and continue to produce solutions that meet the high quality standards required by the defence industry.

International fairs and sector events are of great importance both for closely following technological developments and for strengthening our position in global markets. The HEMUS 2026 visit has also been an important event that contributed to our company's vision in this regard.

Thank You

We thank all institutions and organisations whose efforts contributed to this successful event, as well as the valued industry representatives with whom we held meetings.

As Temren Makina, we will continue to closely follow developments in the defence industry, integrate new technologies into our manufacturing processes, and increase our international partnerships.
