Different tools. One control system.
Each profile has a target torque and a ±5% acceptance range defined on the device.
Values are taken from the central tool table in the device software.
Mechanical clamping, digital measurement.
TTSM-2000 keeps the proven mechanical clamping of the previous model and moves measurement fully digital with a load cell and HX711 converter. The reaction of the torque applied to the nut is transferred to the load cell and the device software converts it to newton-metres.
Measurement accuracy depends on calibration. The device is calibrated on screen with a known reference torque; filter and zero deadband settings can be adjusted by authorised staff.
