Operated by hand with a valve and regulator; supply and vacuum are read on two gauges.
- AIR INPUT valve and pressure regulator
- Supply (+bar) and vacuum (−bar) gauges
- Carry handle, used beside the machine
The TVT vacuum table holds the workpiece across its whole surface without mechanical clamps. Faster setup, no distortion, and the full top face stays free for the tool.
A light, rigid and corrosion-resistant body with a quick-connect fitting on the side to join the vacuum line in seconds.
Vacuum spreads evenly over the whole surface through the channels. Wherever the part sits, the air beneath it is drawn out through the same network.
The cord is laid in the channels to match the part. Plugs inside the loop are removed; all other holes stay closed.
A part with a flat, clean underside is set on the cord. No vices, clamps or screws are needed to hold the part.
The air under the part is evacuated and atmospheric pressure presses it onto the table across its whole surface. The force is proportional to the area inside the cord.
With no clamps at the edges, the tool reaches the whole surface. When the job is done the vacuum is released and the part comes off in seconds.
Enter your part size and instantly see the vacuum area and the force pressing the part onto the table.
Theoretical value. Sealing, flatness of the part and cutting forces affect the actual hold.
Both control panels work with the same vacuum table and seal layout. They differ in operation and air consumption.

Switched on with a button; the vacuum level is shown on a digital display. It cuts the air supply once the target vacuum is reached.
Vacuum holds the part across its entire underside instead of at a few points, which makes jobs that are awkward with vises and clamps straightforward.
A CNC vacuum table is a professional clamping system that secures workpieces using vacuum force — eliminating the need for mechanical clamping fixtures. Vacuum fixture solutions developed by Temren Makina provide safe holding, rapid setup, and repeatable machining performance for precision manufacturing and metal-cutting applications.
Vacuum table systems available in custom dimensions support stable CNC machining of aluminium, composite, plastic, wood, and various workpiece materials — reducing part deformation, shortening setup time, and improving production efficiency.
Dimensions, channel layout and connections can be customised. Modular clamping options are available.
A CNC vacuum table is a workholding system that fixes the workpiece to its surface with vacuum pressure and keeps it stable during machining.
